NB X-Board Plus is currently only panel- pressed in South Africa and Australia.
X-Board “Plus” is most commonly used for permanent structures in commercial or residential fit out projects
Step 1 – Choose the finished board thickness required for your project.
Board thicknesses: 18mm, 26mm, 33mm, 35mm, 38mm, 48mm, 58mm and 68mm.
Step 2 – Choose the top surface sandwich skin material to suit your project.
eg MDF, plywood, bamboo, particleboard, solid surface material, stone.
Step 3 – Choose the skin material thickness to suit your project.
eg 4mm MDF for doors and cabinet related work, 3.6mm plywood for RV& marine cabinetry, 9mm particleboard for bench tops using Hettich or Hafele lightweight benchtop connectors.
Step 4 – Choose either raw or a decorative face
Decorative faces include timber or reconstituted veneers, high-pressure laminates (eg ABET Laminati, Lamicolor, Formica, EGR Stylelite), melamine paper, vinyl or polyply.
Step 5 – Choose the required sheet size

Submit your sales enquiry below, which will be passed through to a panel-pressing partner in Australia or South Africa. Board are commonly then supplied to preferred joiners or cabinet makers for CNC finishing and edging.
