This contemporary designed reception work station recently installed in the new ABET LAMINATI offices in Brisbane, is made up of 85% VOC-free recycled paper, supplied by Sharp Plywood in the form of Xanita's X-Board "Plus."
The joiner appreciates working with X-Board Plus as he is able to work on site without the weight issues associated with double-laminated ultra  heavy MDF board. A quick review of the environmental advantages of XB+ over MDF or particle board would include:

  • 78% weight reduction reduced transport costs
  • 85% of the panel, being the 100% post-consumer waste paper core, is VOC-free
  • Reception counter can be placed within a 6 star green rated building
  • Less labour used to install
  • Significant reduction in VOC materials allows product to be cut on site.
