Freefold 02 is a recycled cardboard storage and display system with a unique geometry. Arrange it as a free-standing screen wall, office furniture or plinth; face it in or out it will always maintain the same pattern. Freefold 02 is sized to hold paperbacks in horizontal boxes, art books in vertical ones, and is strong enough to put a TV on. Flat packed and light weight for transport, it is easy to assemble with no glue. Slots in the sides allow the modules to be connected together.

Freefold 02 is made from Xanita X-board which is manufactured from 97% post consumer waste paper. It is 100% recyclable - just put it out with the normal paper recycling at the end of its useful life. Available through www.freefoldfurniture.com

X-Board Decor (XBD)

For 2010, 16mm-x-board-decor_400pix.pngXanita has developed an exciting new range of decorative boards to be distributed under the X-Board "Decor" brand name.

Designed for lightweight, changeable wall-panels, ceiling tiles, flat-packed furniture, exhibition panels, retail display and shop fitting markets, designers and architects are able to specify X-Board Decor in one of many single or double-sided woodgrain or coloured, decorative paper foils.

Boards are cleanly knife-cut on a CNC cutter and finished panels weigh approximately seven times less than MDF, yet remain strong and 100% repulpable, a breakthrough in cradle-to-cradle design.

X-Board Decor is an ideal replacement for genuine timber-veneered or composite aluminium panels. X-Board Decor retains all of the environmental and practical benefits that have made X-Board Print and X-Board Kraft so popular.
