Woerman & Brock use X-Board for in-store signage |
|
Woerman and Brock, a Namibian retail group, has used signage made from X-Board for their supermarket displays. The project was completed by Premier Signs in Rehoboth, Namibia, and is the first of four more to come for the Woerman and Brock stores.
A HP Inkjet printer was used to print directly onto vinyl, which was then laminated onto the X-Board surface. A circular saw was used to shape the application, and the underside was supported with aluminium strips and wood.
The suspended boards were secured to the ceiling using rods, attached to blocks of wood for additional strength.
