X-Board Plus (XB+) consists of precision-engineered, high-density, post-consumer recycled paper waste, manufactured into a high-strength, VOC-free honeycomb core. Surface panels such as E-Zero MDF, particle board or plywood are structurally bonded to both sides of this core, creating a lightweight composite panel which can be direct edge banded with huge strength-to-weight ratio advantages over heavyweight, formaldehyde-based, solid MDF and particle board.
