X-Board Plus (XB+) consists of precision engineered, high density, post-consumer recycled kraft paper and bagasse fibre waste, manufactured into a high-strength, VOC-free, closed-cell honeycomb board. Outer skins such as MDF, particleboard, Masonite or plywood are bonded to both sides of this honeycomb board, creating a lightweight composite panel, which can be direct edge banded without infill panels.

18mm, 26mm, 33mm, 35mm, 38mm, 48mm, 58mm and 68mm.

X-Board® Plus (Raw)
XB+ raw consists of raw MDF skins, which are bonded to the core for use in post processing such as: painting, laminating and veneering. |

X-Board® Plus (Ply)
XB+ ply consists of raw and decorative plywood, which are bonded to the core for use in caravan and RV fitouts, where less weight is required with high strength.

X-Board® Plus Melamine
XB+ melamine consists of 4mm MDF Melamine skins, which are bonded to the core to achieve thicknesses of up to 60mm in 2400 x 1200 finished panel ready for processing. Melamine panels are ideal for office furniture, shelving systems and RV’s. |

XB+ veneer consists of 4mm MDF or Ply skins bonded to the core, with your choice of decorative veneer both sides. |

X-Board® Plus HPL
XB+ HPL consists of 4mm MDF or Ply skins bonded to the core, with your choice of decorative high-pressure laminate applied to both sides. We recommend ABET Laminati and Formica laminates. |
