Ethics Policy Xanita is in complete compliance with the current Fair Labor Standards Act and prohibits the employment of children in any capacity. Xanita supports fair labour practice and does not allow any form of “sweat shop” environment. Xanita adheres to a strict anti-cruelty policy. None of our products contain any animal by-products and no animals are involved in the production process. Xanita is ecologically orientated and strives to find sustainable solutions to meet the needs of numerous industries. All of our products contain no ozone-depleting chemicals and contain a high component of post-consumer, recycled paper-waste. |
